The Qitaf Qur’anic Forum is an annual platform organised by QITAF Educational Company. It sets out from the guidance of the Holy Qur’an to the questions that touch the human being and society. The journey began under the name Aqwam Qeela, and the vision has since widened so that the mission continues under a fuller identity. Each edition raises one central question around which the sessions, programmes, experiences and partnerships are built.

Qitaf Quranic Forum is titled "Education: From Formation to Empowerment", held from 7 to 9 November 2026 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) in Doha.

Registration for the event is open to adults aged 18 and over. When you register you are asked to confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Go to the registration page, choose your attendance track, and enter the required details. The required fields are your full name, phone number, email address, and QID or passport number; everything else is optional and is used only for overall event statistics. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation message containing your entry card and QR code.

The general public does not need an invite code. Dedicated tracks — such as VIP guests, sponsors, and participating bodies — may require a code sent by the organisers to the email address linked to it.

Registration to attend the event is free, and no payments are requested through the website.

Registration is considered complete when the confirmation message arrives and the entry card or QR code is issued. Requests for participation, volunteering, or media accreditation are subject to review and are not considered accepted until they are officially confirmed.

Seat selection is available to the general public, and to VVIPs, VIPs, sponsors, and exhibitors; booth selection is available to sponsors and exhibitors. Both are made through the venue plan during registration, and allocation follows a "first confirmed, first served" basis.

You can sign in to your account to view your registration and update the details the system allows you to change. For any change that is not available, contact the registration team at event@qitaf-edu.qa.

Yes. Contact the registration team to cancel your registration. Cancelling early helps make the seat available to another participant.

The tracks include attending the event, the Tahbeer Qur’an Competition, school visits, participation in Takween City, sponsorship and partnership, media accreditation, volunteering, and the teacher empowerment programs.

The school or group provides its representative’s details and the number of participants only; no personal data of students is collected through the website. The representative confirms, on behalf of the school or group, that participants may appear in event photographs and recordings, the school having obtained any approvals it needs from parents or guardians.

Present your entry card or QR code at the reception point. Your identity is verified against the QID or passport number given at registration, so please keep your confirmation message, bring your ID with you, and do not share your code with others.

It is used only to verify your identity at the event entrance and to match you with your registration. It is not used for any other purpose.

QITAF Educational Company processes your data in accordance with the approved Privacy Policy. It collects only the data needed for registration, participation and running the event, and applies appropriate controls to protect it. The required fields are limited to what registration and identity verification need; everything else is optional and is used to prepare overall statistics that do not identify you. Yes. The event is photographed and video-recorded for documentation, media coverage and promotion. By registering for or attending the event, you accept that you may appear in those photographs and recordings, as set out in the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
